Common questions
Which files give an instant price?
2D DXF files drawn at 1:1 in millimetres, one part per file, with closed outlines, and 3D STEP or IGES files of round, square, rectangular or oval tube for tube laser cutting. DWG, PDF and images are accepted and quoted by an engineer.
Is delivery included in the price?
Enter your PIN code and the freight for your order is added before you pay, based on weight and distance from our works in Kurali. Large orders ship free. You can also collect from the works at no charge.
Can you tap holes, fit PEM inserts or powder coat?
Yes. Choose them as add-ons on the part. Each add-on shows its price per part, and powder coating adds a few working days to dispatch.
Why do I need to verify with an OTP?
Prices are calculated for you and your drawing. A one-time code to your mobile or email confirms who the quotation belongs to and lets us send the PDF and order updates.
How long does production take?
Typical lead time is 3 to 10 working days depending on machine time and quantity. Pick Economy, Standard or Express in the cart to see the dispatch date for each.
Can I supply my own material?
Yes. Choose "Your material" on the part and the material cost is removed from the price.
Do you issue a GST invoice?

Dimensional verification
Prepare your DXF
- Draw at 1:1 in millimetres, one part per file
- Keep only the flat cut outline and holes
- Remove dimensions, title blocks, borders and text, or put them on a separate layer
- Close every outline; no gaps or overlaps
Holes and features
- Hole diameter at least the material thickness
- Web between holes at least the material thickness
- Tapped holes: draw the tap drill size and list the thread in the add-on
- Text to be cut must be exploded to outlines
Bending
- Send the flat pattern with bend lines on their own layer
- Tell us the number of bends per part
- Inside radius about equal to thickness
- Flange length at least 4 × thickness
Tube cutting (STEP / IGES)
- Export one straight tube per file as a solid body (STEP AP203/AP214 or IGES)
- Model in millimetres at 1:1 with the real wall thickness
- Holes and slots at least the wall thickness, and 2 × wall from a tube end
- Mitres up to 60° and copes cut directly; bent tubes are quoted by an engineer

How is freight calculated?
By the weight of your parts and the zone of your PIN code from our works in Kurali, Punjab. It is added in the cart before you pay, and orders above the free-delivery value ship free. Collection from the works is free.
When will my order ship?
The dispatch date for Economy, Standard and Express is shown in the cart. It is fixed when you pay. Powder coating adds a few working days.
What if a part is wrong?
Open a ticket from the tracking page with photos. If a part is not to your drawing we remake it, issue a credit note or refund it. See the refund policy.
