Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every quotation and order placed with Bachan Industries ("Bachan", "we") through this website. By accepting a quotation or paying for an order you agree to them.

Quotations

• Instant prices are calculated from the drawing you upload and the options you choose. A quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless it says otherwise.
• Some drawings need an engineer to check them before we can confirm a price. In that case the quotation is marked "under review" and the confirmed price is sent to you.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. When you give a delivery PIN code, freight to that PIN code is added to the quotation before GST; otherwise prices are ex-works Kurali and you collect the parts. GST is charged at the applicable rate. Add-on operations you choose (such as tapping, inserts or powder coating) are priced per part on the quotation.
• We may correct an obvious error in a quotation (for example, a wrong unit in the drawing) before production starts. If the price changes, you can accept the new price or cancel with a full refund.

Your drawings

• You are responsible for the drawing, its units, dimensions and material choice. We cut to the drawing you approve.
• You confirm that you have the right to use the drawing and that making the parts does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Your drawings stay your property. We keep them confidential and use them only to quote and make your parts.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when payment is received in full, or on the credit terms we agree with you in writing.
• Online payments are processed by ICICI Bank through its eazypay payment gateway. You pay on ICICI Bank's own secure page by UPI, RuPay, Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, or net banking. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• All prices and payments are in Indian rupees (₹), including GST and any freight shown on the quotation. The amount you pay is the total on the saved quotation; it cannot be changed on the payment page.
• Your payment is confirmed only when ICICI Bank confirms it to us. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order is placed; any money deducted is returned by the bank as described in our refund policy.
• Please do not raise a chargeback with your bank before contacting us; most problems are solved faster through the tracking page. Any chargeback is handled under ICICI Bank's and the card network's rules.
• Production starts after payment confirmation. The lead time on the quotation counts from that date.

Quality and tolerances

• General tolerances follow ISO 2768-m unless a tighter tolerance is agreed on the quotation.
• When you supply the material, we are not responsible for defects in that material or for normal process scrap.

Using this website

• You must be 18 or older, or ordering for a business, to place an order. You verify your mobile number or email with a one-time code before you see prices; keep that code private.
• Do not upload drawings of weapons, items prohibited by Indian law, or anything you do not have the right to use. We may refuse any order.

Cancellation and refunds

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to remaking the affected parts or refunding the amount paid for them. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of production or profit.

Disputes

Please raise any problem through the support section of your order's tracking page first, so that it is logged and answered. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction.
