Refunds and cancellations

Every part we make is cut to your drawing, so cancellations depend on how far the order has gone. You can see the current stage at any time on your order's tracking page.
Cancelling an order
- Before production starts (stage "Order confirmed"): you can cancel for a full refund. Raise a request from the tracking page or contact us.
- After programming or cutting has started: the order can no longer be cancelled, because material has been nested and cut for your parts. If only part of the work is done, we may offer a partial refund for the work not yet started.
- If we cannot make your parts, or we cancel the order for any reason, you get a full refund.
Defective or damaged parts
- Report the problem within 7 days of delivery, using "Report a problem" on the tracking page. Please add photos and the quantity affected.
- If the parts do not match the approved drawing or the agreed tolerance, we will remake them, issue a credit note, or refund the affected amount. We will agree the remedy with you on the ticket.
- For damage in transit, please also note it on the courier's delivery receipt when you can.
- Parts that match the approved drawing are not refundable because the drawing was wrong or changed later.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (the same card, UPI account or bank account) through ICICI Bank. We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it, and it normally reaches your account in 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the same account. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.
Failed or double payments
- If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, or the order is not confirmed, you do not need to pay again. ICICI Bank either confirms the payment to us or returns the money to you automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
- If you are charged twice for the same order, we refund the extra payment in full as soon as we see it. You can also tell us through the tracking page or the contact details below, with the ICICI transaction number from your bank statement.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if the drawing cannot be made safely or to the stated tolerance, if material is not available, or if a pricing error is found before production. In every such case you get a full refund of the amount paid.
