Where we ship

We deliver anywhere in India. You can also collect your parts from our works at Kurali.

When your order ships

• The lead time on your quotation is the time to dispatch, counted in working days from payment confirmation.
• The expected dispatch date is shown on your tracking page and updated if it changes.
• After dispatch, courier delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days within Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh and Delhi NCR, and 3 to 7 working days elsewhere in India. Road transport for heavy loads can take longer; we tell you the expected date when we book it.
• If we cannot dispatch by the promised date, we tell you the new date. If it no longer suits you and production has not started, you can cancel for a full refund.

How we ship

• Parcels go through courier partners booked via Shiprocket. Larger or heavier loads go by our own vehicle or a road transporter.
• Freight is worked out from the weight of your parts and the zone of your delivery PIN code, and is added to the quotation before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery value shown in the cart ship free. Collection from our works is free.
• The delivery address must be in the same freight zone as the PIN code on your quotation. For a different zone, ask for a new quotation.
• Parts are packed to protect edges and surfaces. Ask us if you need special packing.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and AWB or LR number by SMS and email. Scan the QR code on your quotation, or open the link we send, to follow the order until it is delivered.

Delivery problems

If a parcel arrives damaged or short, please note it on the delivery receipt and report it within 48 hours from the tracking page, with photos. See Refunds and cancellations for what happens next.
