Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Bachan Industries collects through this website and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your mobile number or email address, which we verify with a one-time code before showing a price.
- Your name, company name and GSTIN, if you give them, for the quotation and invoice.
- The drawings you upload and the options you choose.
- Delivery address and contact for dispatch.
- Payment references from ICICI Bank (our reference, ICICI transaction number, amount, payment mode, date). You enter card, UPI or net banking details on ICICI Bank's own secure page; we never receive your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.
- Messages and photos you send through support tickets.
How we use it
Only to quote, make, ship and support your order, to send you updates about it by SMS and email, and to keep the records that tax law requires. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this service for us: Supabase (database and file storage), ICICI Bank (payments, through its eazypay service), Shiprocket and the courier or transporter that delivers your order, and our email and SMS providers. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the job.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as GST and other laws require. Drawings are kept so that repeat orders can be made, and are deleted on request when no law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our grievance officer: [Name], admin@bachanlaser.com, +91 77103 00079. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored with access controls so that each customer can see only their own quotations and orders. Drawings are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links.
Cookies
We use only the storage your browser needs to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
