Profile tolerance is about ±0.2 mm on typical sheet up to 6 mm, with a clean, narrow kerf. Holes should be at least the material thickness in diameter. Add deburring or protective film if the edges or surface matter.
DXF at 1:1 in millimetres, one part per file, with closed outlines and text exploded to curves. Anything else is welcome too, and an engineer prices it.
Parts that fit a 3000 × 1500 mm sheet, less a small edge margin. Larger parts can be made in sections and welded; ask us.
